Wondering why you have to wait so long for certain e-books?

Macmillan Publishers has recently introduced a “1-copy only” embargo of all their new e-book titles for the first 60 days of publication. Not only do libraries pay more for e-book titles than other e-book users, but library patrons will also now have to wait longer to read certain e-books. We are so sorry for the negative impact this may have on our library users. Please click the post link if you would like to learn more.
