Summer Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for an in-person meditation series at the Scranton Memorial Library. Meditation is a wonderful technique used to reduce stress and anxiety. We all know that the uncertain times we live in right now are creating even more stress and anxiety and everyone needs to take time to relax. Mindfulness Meditation will help you manage negative emotions while finding your inner peace.
