Attention all Madison Residents: Scranton Library is helping spread the word that now is your opportunity to get involved! The Madison Health Department encourages all residents to participate in their community health assessment. The assessment will help them gather accurate information representative of our community and identify issues for action to help improve the overall health and well-being of our residents.
Starting today and during the months of February and March, please fill out the assessment either by paper copy at the following locations:
